Ravi Kumar Nigam

Ravi K. Nigam, of counsel, is a Michigan attorney providing business and legal counseling to individuals and businesses. His experience in the law, engineering and with several startups allows him to provide valuable services to his clients in matters ranging from the simple to the complex. Attorney Nigam gained valuable experience while at Myers, Nelson, Dillion & Shierk, PLLC where he reviewed real estate contracts and agreements, financing documents, land contracts, title work, environmental documents, cloud of title and quite title.
Attorney Nigam is admitted to the Michigan Bar, Michigan Courts and the US District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar Business Law Section, Real Property Section, Probate and Estate Planning Section. Mr. Nigam is the current co-chairman of the Washtenaw County Bar Association Business Law Section and has previously served as the co-chairman of the Washtenaw County Bar Association Real Property Section. Ravi is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Ravi is also a Michigan registered professional engineer.
Mr. Nigam's works in the business law, planning, intellectual property, international law, immigration, estate planning and real estate areas on a variety of cases and matters. He has also provided services as a general counsel for businesses, corporations and assisted foreign companies in establishing a presence in the United States. He has extensive engineering, project management and management experience from his previous career in the computer industry and in several startup companies.
